Hotels

These are some hotels/sleeping options for everyone since everyone is coming from out of town.

For those of you who want to do sightseeing (in London accomodation)
We suggest the Travel Inn County Hall (if link doesn't work, click here and search for London and choose London County Hall from the list. This hotel is for people who just want somewhere clean to sleep for not a lot of money and very close to *two* tube stations (quite handy ones too. If you walk over to Waterloo station, you can take the Northern line and come and visit us. If you walk across the river and take the District line from Westminster tube station, you can get to Kew Gardens which is the closest tube station to our wedding ceremony and reception (it is a bit of a walk so allow 20 minutes or so if you're not very fit and fast walking!) The prices for this hotel range from 79.95ukp(about $127.92 US Dollars) per room per night Monday through Thursday and 74.95ukp (about $119.92 US Dollars) per room per night Friday through Sunday. This hotel is located near Waterloo Station (which is where Eurostar goes, if you want to take a quick day trip to Paris!), The London Eye (large observation wheel), and of course, Houses of Parlament (aka Big Ben).

If you'd prefer a more intimate and interesting choice of sleeping places, we also suggest The London Bed & Breakfast Agency. If you don't mind being separated from everyone else and feel you can handle getting from where ever you choose to a tube station, then this might be for you. The prices are slightly cheaper, include taxes except for a one time 5ukp (about $8 US Dollars) adminstration fee. These places are also a bit further afield.

For those of you who just want to be close to the wedding and ceremony for a few nights (in Richmond, Surrey accomodation)
We, personally, will be staying in The Coach & Horses, which is a combination hotel and pub and where the wedding reception will take place! It's also directly across the street from where the ceremony will take place in Kew Gardens. This place only has 31 rooms so if you plan on using this hotel, book early! The prices are: Weekday (Sunday -Thursday) Single room is 105ukp, Double/Twin is 115ukp. Weekend (Friday - Saturday), Single room is 80ukp, Double/Twin is 85ukp. If you want to find out more, please click on this link, then click on the link for Hotels and then click on The Coach & Horses, Kew, Surrey link.

Another option would be The Richmond Hill Hotel. This is a bit far from the wedding ceremony/reception so you should probably get a taxi from here.
From the same website, you can find other hotels in the Richmond area (quicklink to that)
